Took months to settle a problem, bad business and I was charged for recurring payments though I requested to cancel. I had tomo credit card, was ok until they closed it on me and switched me to a “credit reporting” plan, reports good credit when you pay bills etc. They have no phone number and it took months for them to cancel a recurring subscription, was charged for months while waiting for a resolution.
Don’t work with this company
After reading the reviews on Trustpilot I now know why, nothing but scams going on here. Taking peoples money and will not respond to anyone. So thankful I came to Trustpilot first before joining Tomoboost!!!!!! Thank you everyone for all your honest reviews. Now I cannot get them to quit emailing me and will not remove me from their email list.

They keep trying to charge me and I’ve been emailing them since December 21 to cancel my subscription. I think this company is a scam and might be selling our information. Stay away from these fraudulent criminals. I won’t even call it a company because it doesn’t operate like a business. The email responses appear to be AI generated, and may be operated by 1 to a few criminals using the probably expired credentials of the TOMO card company how to buy truebit that went belly up. If they do report, it’s only one month and it will eventually fall off your reports, so it’s an absolutely worthless waste of money.
Don’t expect a refund, they should be jailed. I joined in Sep 2023 until this month April 2024 and in all that time they never got it right. Hopefully a class action lawsuit is in their future. I’m only giving this a 2-star rating because Tomoboost does exist. Now, the benefits are, at best, questionable. I never saw a credit line reflected on my credit.

Tomo credit card — please help me cancel!
I paid $69 and received no reporting at all. The system is a robot, and there’s no phone number. I canceled this over a week ago, and they still took $49 out of my account today. Somebody needs to fix this before I file a suit against Tomo Boost. Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.

There’s no way for me to disconnect my bank account online because the only way you can disconnect anything is to call them and they won’t take any calls…. I really don’t know what to do but I want my bank account and SS number away from this shitty service IMMEDIATELY. Now, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General because I do not know what to do at this point because I’m just going in circles. Trying to email them, ping them, and call them and they WILL NOT ANSWER anything. I even called the home office in San Francisco and they said they can’t help….
